If you identify with this challenge and wish to develop your potential and become the protagonist of your career, we would love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance; * Develop inbound marketing strategies and automation; * Manage websites, landing pages, and marketing email flows; * Create graphic assets and communication materials for online and offline use; * Produce videos, animations, and audiovisual content; * Strategically plan content for the sales funnel; * Manage social media and branding initiatives; * Develop UX/UI interfaces and prototypes (Figma); * Organize events and brand activations; * Liaise with vendors, agencies, and development teams; * Monitor financial aspects and control marketing requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to manage multiple tasks; * Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, RD Station, WordPress, and marketing automation; * Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects); **Desirable Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Design, Communications, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Av.
