Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative and goal-oriented professional for the Global HR team, passionate about planning, developing, and managing corporate training programs to achieve excellence and cultural integration. Training Planning:** * Identify corporate training needs and develop training plans aligned with company strategies. **2\. Content Development:** * Create or adapt instructional materials for internal training. * Select and negotiate with partner companies for specific training programs. **3\. Training Management:** * Organize and facilitate training activities, ensuring participant engagement and content absorption. **4\. Performance Evaluation:** * Monitor and evaluate participant progress, proposing action plans for areas requiring reinforcement. **5\. Reporting and KPIs:** * Prepare reports on training results and effectiveness. * Analyze metrics and suggest continuous improvements to training programs. **6\. Corporate Culture:** * Map and implement training programs promoting cultural integration between Brazil and China. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Intermediate English proficiency — direct reporting to China; Experience in planning and executing corporate training programs. Knowledge of learning methodologies and evaluation tools.
