Responsibilities: * Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and test administration; * Maintain up-to-date job management tools and performance reports for selection processes; * Participate in employer branding projects and develop strategies for talent attraction; * Conduct training initiatives, including institutional training and onboarding of new employees; * Support internal communication campaigns, including institutional and thematic initiatives; Requirements: * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection; * Prior experience in training and development; * Prior experience in internal marketing; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Day Off
