Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services in the building facilities. Ensure the safety and integrity of the building, employees, and visitors. Manage the budget and financial resources allocated for building maintenance. Maintain contact with suppliers and service providers to ensure service quality and efficiency. Previous experience as a Building Administrator, Building Supervisor, Building Coordinator, or Property Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
