Apply for this position and become part of our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive strategic information and translate it into operational actions. Analyze and organize the team according to the unit's production. Produce packaged inventory according to commercial demand for subsequent loading. Maintain equipment, facilities, and machinery, requesting maintenance when necessary. Authorize vehicle entry. Verify the physical unloading receipt, checking: license plate, quantity, and raw material. Direct the vehicle to be unloaded to the corresponding bay. Supervise and verify the physical unloading of raw materials. Request gate security to authorize vehicle entry. Monitor the use of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment), CPEs (Collective Protective Equipment), and follow up on DSDs (Daily Safety Dialogues). Identify requirements for purchasing materials, equipment, and tools to ensure smooth departmental operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields preferred (currently enrolled). Shift availability required. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Shift-based.
