




Job Summary: A Quality Professional with experience in ISO 9001 and RDC 665/2022 standards, responsible for audits, document management, and process improvement, with a focus on health products. Focus on health products and inventory logistics Description: * Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a Health-related field; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in this role; * Basic knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard, oriented toward Quality Management Systems; * Experience using integrated systems; * Willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with RDC 665/2022 or similar regulations applicable to health, cosmetics, or related fields is desirable; * Conduct customer and partner satisfaction surveys, both in person and via telephone and/or digital means; * Support the team in reviewing Quality Procedures, Flowcharts, Work Instructions, and various forms, in collaboration with Department Managers; * Accompany external audits conducted by customers, suppliers (manufacturers), and regulatory agencies; * Maintain up-to-date quality documentation, particularly the Master Document List; * Identify non-conformities and guide employees on the correct application of standards and procedures; * Participate in implementing improvements to workflows and processes; * Conduct area inspections according to the schedule established by Management; * Administer product quality for items stored by the Logistics Department in warehouses, in accordance with RDC 665/2022; * Monitor product conditions, guiding Logistics Department staff on processes involved in collection, receipt, storage, packaging, dispatch, and transportation; * Monitor warehouse temperature and humidity levels daily; * Analyze and update the monthly report on expired and damaged products; * Inspect product transportation—whether via third-party carriers or company-owned fleet—ensuring compliance with Good Practices guidelines, legislation, and manufacturers' recommendations; * Stay updated on external documents (standards, laws, etc.) essential for understanding Quality procedures. 2512180202551907705
