Participation in financial and budgetary planning **Description:** Manage the owned and leased fleet used across stores, including contract monitoring, deadlines, terms, periodic inspections, and preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring operational availability and compliance; Control and monitor fuel consumption via the Ticket Log system and reports, ensuring appropriate usage, adherence to corporate policies, and identification of operational deviations; Plan, organize, and optimize motorcycle delivery routes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and meet delivery deadlines; Analyze fuel consumption, fleet performance, and operational cost indicators to identify opportunities for improvement, expense reduction, and resource optimization; Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and propose solutions and optimizations; Perform data analyses related to Matrix Expense Management (GMD), preparing managerial reports for budgetary control, decision-making, and the group's financial discipline; Actively participate in budget and financial review meetings, presenting results, critical analyses, and recommendations related to Matrix Expense Management and logistics operations. **Compensation Notes:** Please indicate your salary expectation.
