And discover more about Monte Equity Partners at www.montepartners.com.br #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational activities conducted by the Bahia Norte and Litoral Norte concessionaires; * Interface with the Traffic Coordinator; * Supervise traffic operation monitoring at the CCO (Centralized Control Office); * Supervise and monitor activities of traffic and CCO staff; * Assist employees by clarifying doubts and providing information regarding operational procedures, personnel administration policies, and the Company’s values and guidelines; * Support the Coordination team in defining shift schedules, vacations, and other area-related movements, such as estimated traffic volume; * Analyze various highway incidents for control purposes and to implement appropriate measures case-by-case; * Monitor vehicle flow during shifts, verifying reasons for increases, thereby enabling supervision and guidance of teams toward best practices to achieve more effective operations; * Prepare and maintain reports related to the area; * Provide support in overall administrative and maintenance control management for operational areas. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Valid driver’s license (CNH). #### **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of Traffic Legislation, Animal Rescue, Hazardous Cargo, Firefighting, Road Signage, Defensive Driving, and Radio Communication. **This position is open to persons with disabilities (PwD).**
