This secular institution, which **has always served the well-being of Bahia's population**, strategically guides its management so that employees and volunteers adhere to the same philosophical foundation, enabling society to understand the entity’s identity. **Purpose:** To care for people and foster dignity; **Values:** **We value people** **Together, we can achieve more** **We do things right—efficiently, without waste, and safely;** **Responsibilities and duties** * Guide and support managers on people-related matters, such as team development direction, conflict resolution, performance management, and talent retention. * Lead and implement Human Resources processes—including recruitment and selection—and support and promote institutional programs, organizational culture, and career management. * Conduct Recruitment & Selection (R&S) in more technical and strategic areas. * Administer psychological tests and behavioral profile analyses. * Identify operational training needs and occasionally deliver training sessions. * Support organizational change management, ensuring change initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented. * Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, etc.) for internal clients to recommend improvements in people management practices. Act as a mediator and resolver of internal conflicts, promoting a healthy and collaborative work environment. * **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; postgraduate studies in related fields—or currently enrolled—are desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Information systems skills. * Proficiency with Recruitment & Selection platforms. * Experience administering psychological tests. **Additional information** **Unit:** * Central Administration **Working hours:** * 44 hours per week — Administrative Regime (Monday to Friday) **Work arrangement:** * On-site **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan Join our team!! Only on July 30, 1893, was the Santa Izabel Hospital (HSI) constructed in the Nazaré neighborhood of Salvador, replacing the former healthcare unit located in Pelourinho. The original hospital building became the administrative headquarters of Santa Casa da Bahia and, in 2006, was transformed into the Museum of Mercy.
