Proficiency with ERP systems and social media **E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Respond to customer inquiries via chat; List products in the ERP system and on marketplace platforms. **Requirements:** Experience in online sales, listings, photography, and maintenance (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Olist platforms). Proficiency with ERP systems and social media, plus awareness of market trends. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory. Experience in maintaining and creating listings on marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, Amazon).
