Experience with Office and ERP **Responsibilities:** * Team management and development (recruitment & selection, training and capacity building) * Monitoring of performance indicators and goal setting * Inventory management, stocktaking, and administrative/fiscal routines * Store opening and closing * Conducting meetings and preparing performance reports * Ensuring maintenance of equipment, tools, and machinery * Ability to give and receive feedback, customer (shopper) focus, and problem solving ✅ **Requirements:** * Incomplete undergraduate degree (minimum) * Completed undergraduate degree (preferred) in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Proficient knowledge of **Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and experience with **ERP** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in retail/wholesale store management * Familiarity with the **bars, restaurants, and food service** sector Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
