We are seeking an Organizational Psychologist with an active CNPJ to serve as an internal consultant for the implementation and compliance of the new NR-1 (Occupational Risk Management - GRO). The primary objective is to identify, assess, and mitigate psychosocial risks, promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Flexible availability. **Key Responsibilities** * **Psychosocial Risk Management:** Map and assess work-related psychosocial risk factors (e.g., workload, harassment, social support). * **Risk Inventory:** Support the development of the Risk Inventory and the Action Plan of the PGR (Program for Occupational Risk Management), with a behavioral focus. * **Psychosocial Assessment:** Conduct psychosocial assessments for high-risk positions (e.g., NR-33, NR-35) when required. * **Preventive Actions:** Develop and implement mental health promotion, quality-of-life, burnout prevention, and harassment prevention programs.
