Responsibilities: * Respond to tickets from internal or external clients regarding systems, integrations, services, and products — bugs or enhancements; * Train external clients on the use of systems, services, and products; * Conduct follow-up with internal and external clients regarding the implementation status of systems, services, and products. * Provide support and training to internal and external clients on group tools. * Develop supporting materials and video tutorials for systems, products, and services; * Create user accounts and deploy systems, products, and services; * Assist in the homologation of items developed by the department with the client; * Identify potential system improvements with internal and external clients; * Open tickets for logging and/or requests to other teams; * Support administrative tasks; * Release and transfer services in TOTVS; Requirements: Completed high school education; Affinity with technology fields; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree * Life insurance * Health insurance * Transportation allowance * PASS support * Dental insurance * Meal allowance or food voucher * Wellhub (Gympass)
