Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the manufacturing and installation of metal structures for visual communication, with a focus on MIG welding, painting, and finishing. This position is for those who want to be that key piece—the person who completes the full cycle from fabrication to installation. You are the candidate we’re looking for if you: \- Have experience with MIG welding and feel comfortable working with metal structures. \- Have knowledge of finishing paint applications on structures, or genuine willingness to learn and improve within our team. \- Have no issue fabricating components and also going on-site to install what you’ve built. \- Are meticulous, organized, and take pride in the quality of your own work. \- Work well in teams and understand that results are always collective. It will be a strong advantage if you have: \- Experience in visual communication, signage, or metallurgy. \- Field experience installing structures on-site. \- Driver’s license category B. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Fabricating and welding metal structures for visual communication projects; applying paint and finishing touches; supporting external installations by accompanying the team on-site to ensure each project reaches the client exactly as planned.
