




Job Summary: Work as a generalist in HR, ensuring efficient execution of HR and Personnel Department processes, legal compliance, and strategic support to people management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in Training, Development, Performance Evaluation, and Organizational Climate **Position Objective** Serve as a generalist across Human Resources subsystems, ensuring efficient execution of HR and Personnel Department processes, legal compliance, workflow organization, and strategic support to people management. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage **Recruitment and Selection** processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback) * Conduct **employee onboarding** (documentation, system registration, and integration) * Execute **contract termination processes** (calculations, verifications, and homologation) * Administer and monitor **electronic timekeeping** (inquiries, adjustments, and monthly closing) * Manage **vacation administration** (tracking periods, scheduling, and recording) * Support and verify **payroll routines** * Administer **benefits** (enrollment, removal, and verification) * Support **Training and Development initiatives** * Participate in **Performance Evaluation processes** * Support **Organizational Climate and Internal Marketing initiatives** * Handle **conflict management** and provide managerial support * Ensure compliance with **Brazilian Labor Legislation (CLT)** * Prepare HR reports and metrics (**turnover, absenteeism, etc.**) * Manage **physical and digital employee files**, ensuring organization, confidentiality, and compliance * Support internal and external audits Working Hours: Monday to Thursday \- 08:00 to 18:00 \- 1-hour break Friday \- 08:00 to 18:00 \- 2-hour break Compensation: R$2\.300,00 \- R$3\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
