Description:
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Experience: Experience in business planning or PCP (Production Planning and Control).
* Knowledge of document and contract management, scheduling, performance indicators, as well as familiarity with financial flow and process governance.
Desirable Differentiators:
* Experience in real estate or civil construction companies.
* Proficiency in project and schedule control tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel, Power BI).
* Experience with approval committees and portfolio management of projects.
* Document and Contract Management: Manage land acquisition contracts, addenda, and related documents, ensuring proper archiving and traceability of information.
* Schedule and Legalization Management: Structure, monitor, and update legalization and pre\-approval schedules for projects, ensuring adherence to internal deadlines and milestones.
* Governance and Committees: Prepare and consolidate materials, presentations, and minutes for new business and pre\-approval committees, ensuring smooth communication among involved departments.
* Indicator Management and Pending Items Dashboard: Consolidate and report performance indicators and project status (kick\-off, contractual deadlines, approvals, payments, etc.), proposing corrective action plans when necessary.
* Financial Control and Payments: Monitor and validate payment release processes related to land acquisition, ensuring documentary and contractual compliance prior to financial approval.
* Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the focal point for landowner partners, providing technical and administrative support throughout the legalization and negotiation cycle.
* Strategic Support: Provide analytical support to business management by consolidating contract, schedule, and risk information to inform decision-making.
