Join us in this transformation! **Work Location:** Lagarto/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule community meetings and attend them, preparing pre-defined agendas and understanding the needs expressed by attendees; * Schedule community meetings and attend them, preparing pre-defined agendas and understanding the needs expressed by attendees; * Assist with complaints and requests from residents' associations; * Verify applications for inclusion in the social tariff program; * Support the periodic preparation of activity reports, maintaining accessible indicators and visibility for the area as needed; * Support events by contributing to logistics before, during, and after, ensuring proper scheduling on the event day (e.g., meetings with association presidents, neighborhood visits); * Schedule meetings with residents, schools, and communities as needed, seeking to listen and propose solutions aligned with the company’s operations; * Drive company vehicles to perform external tasks, reporting any incidents while ensuring safety, compliance with traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance; * Follow internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, to support continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Higher education in humanities preferred; * Driver's license category B; * Strong communication skills.
