Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Aracaju, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide commercial teams regarding customer service tasks (refresher training and workshops); * Issue, verify, analyze, and forward required spreadsheets and reports, as well as input and update data in computerized systems; * Analyze and implement solutions to meet customer requests, complying with company-established regulations; * Provide administrative support to leadership through information reporting, indicator development, and related activities; * Serve customers via communication channels (in-person, telephone, e-mail, etc.); * Assess feasibility for executing services requested by customers; * Negotiate overdue payments with customers according to company-established rules; request support and approval for cases outside internal policies; * Conduct on-site visits to evaluate service quality and perform service audits; ensure compliance with applicable norms, procedures, and deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Administration, Sanitation, or related fields.
