Job Summary: A construction company is seeking an Equipment Supervisor to supervise, guide, and develop maintenance teams, manage service requests, oversee procurement, and monitor logistics. Cyclo is a company specialized in mobility and cycling solutions, offering products and services that promote a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. **Responsibilities:** Supervise, guide, and develop maintenance and equipment operation teams. Monitor maintenance and rental service requests in the system. Manage procurement, inventory replenishment, and documentation of machinery and equipment. Control preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. Plan and monitor logistics for mobilization and demobilization of machinery. Apply equipment checklists on construction sites. Conduct technical visits to regional offices to inspect equipment. Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements.
