Job Summary: PJ professional required for on-site technical support in microinformatics and telecommunications, resolving issues and configuring systems in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and configuration of devices and systems **Technical Support – Service Provider:** Type of opportunity: Exclusively for professionals operating through their own companies (PJ). Model: On-site support for a 3AM IT client. Duration: Fixed-term — 1 month, with possibility of extension; Business hours; Work location: Vicinity of Boa Vista/RR **Responsibilities and Duties:** Provide on-site microinformatics and telecommunications support; Resolve technical issues directly at client locations; Availability to perform coverage assignments whenever required; Install and configure devices and systems as needed; Availability to cover for clients during vacations, absences, or medical certificates; Readiness for last-minute travel, with a minimum stay of up to one week in another city/state; Availability for daily assignments (average of 300 km per day, subject to demand variation); Availability for trips exceeding 300 km. **Qualifications and Requirements:** Technical Knowledge: Hardware and software/microinformatics Basic knowledge of networking, including routers, switches, access points (APs), and telecommunications Own vehicle (motorcycle not permitted) Availability for long-distance travel (over 300 km) Availability for last-minute travel, with a minimum stay of one week away Availability to cover vacations, absences, and medical certificates Equipment: Laptop, HDD/USB drive (32GB, 64GB, and 128GB — 64GB and 128GB mandatory); Console cable; Cable tester; Cable locator; Crimping pliers; Set of screwdrivers; Smartphone with internet access and Android OS **Materials:** Basic repair and maintenance tools, including flat-head and Phillips screwdrivers **Additional Information:** This is a fixed-term PJ opportunity. Expected start date: January 4, 2026, working Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. Compensation: BRL 2,800.00 (prorated by actual business days worked) (service fee inclusive of all costs) + R$ 0.95 per kilometer. Payment will be based solely on days effectively worked. Days without service delivery — including holidays, absences, and tardiness — will be excluded from payment calculation, per prior agreement between the parties. Are you interested in continuing?
