**About the position:** Work at the construction site to ensure project execution within the scheduled timeline and below budget, while guaranteeing service quality, customer satisfaction, and the safety of all team members. The role's mission is to plan, execute, manage, and control construction projects by defining routines, coordinating teams, hiring labor, ensuring quality and safety standards, controlling and managing costs, surveying and requesting materials, services, and equipment. * Issue ART\- Construction Execution; * Responsible for managing production of residential units, directly accountable for construction cost, schedule, and quality; * Coordinate administrative and operational tasks at the construction site; * Control in-house and subcontracted labor; * Professionally develop interns and assistants; * Ensure workplace safety measures; * Interpret design documents from major disciplines involved in construction execution; * Lead and develop construction site teams; * Daily planning and organization of construction activities; * Develop action plans to address deviations between planned and actual performance for each activity; * Ensure accurate measurement tracking and correct payment processing; * Propose technical solutions to daily construction issues for superiors; * Conduct workforce training according to company procedures;
