About Us The GTOP group consists of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the preparation of breads, snacks, and doughs by separating and handling ingredients, processing foods, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practice manuals, hygiene, safety regulations, standards, and set goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery product mix) by separating and handling ingredients, processing foods, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practice manuals, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set goals; Help reduce waste by properly organizing product display according to FIFO (first expired, first out) principles, and produce forecasted quantities according to schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Support product counting for inventory assessments, controls, and stocktaking; Ensure and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sector, equipment, and utensils by carrying out daily sanitation procedures, as well as requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related tasks as needed; REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed elementary school / health card **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
