Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the checkout and serving customers, following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures; scanning merchandise and processing payments; performing cash withdrawals from the checkout; closing the checkout; and submitting daily financial reports at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout, following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures; scanning/weighing products; consulting code tables; checking product labels, scale weight, and system matching; collecting payments; verifying prior authorization for checks and making proper notations on the back; and verifying authenticity of cash; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and checkout closing, including counting cash, recording totals, signing reports, and delivering them to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour cash box—thereby avoiding excessive exposed cash and ensuring accountability; Contribute to achieving targets of current promotional campaigns by offering available products and services, questioning the absence of any item, and reporting such omissions to the Supervisor for follow-up; Contribute to reducing loss rates at the front of the checkout by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing potential thefts, and promptly returning perishable items; Maintain the workplace and equipment in perfect working and clean condition; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting merchandise for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks whenever necessary, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift wrapping, etc. Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
