Carry out minor plumbing repairs, such as replacing faucets, valves, and repairing pipes. Perform basic masonry tasks, including minor repairs and finishing work. Conduct gardening activities, such as pruning, cleaning, and maintaining green areas. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of company facilities. Identify and report maintenance needs requiring specialized services. Support the logistics department in loading and unloading trucks when requested. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper storage of tools and work materials. Comply with occupational safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
