Support the handling and organization of parts, materials, and equipment. Keep workspaces clean, safe, and well-maintained. Follow internal company policies and safety procedures. Contribute to the smooth daily operation of the workshop. **Requirements** Completed elementary or high school education. Organizational skills, responsibility, and willingness to perform operational tasks. Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. Attention to workplace cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. Residence in São Miguel do Oeste/SC or nearby region. **Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience in workshops, general services, maintenance, industrial cleaning, or operational activities. Basic knowledge of tools, parts, or workshop routines.
