Job Summary: A professional responsible for collecting and compacting solid waste, assisting the driver with maneuvers and vehicle cleaning, and maintaining public roads clean. Key Highlights: 1. Collection and compaction of domestic solid waste 2. Assisting the driver with maneuvers and vehicle cleaning 3. Maintaining cleanliness on public roads * Collect organic and segregated domestic solid waste, including in dead-end streets/alleys * Assist the driver with reverse maneuvers * Operate the waste compaction mechanism * Assist the driver in cleaning the vehicle cabin interior at the end of the shift * Check availability of work tools (broom and shovel) kept in the vehicle * Collect, using a broom and shovel, any waste that accidentally falls onto public roads Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Emotional and Personal Support Package * Service Anniversary Bonus * Bradesco Dental Plan * One day off during the employee's birthday month (day off) * Basic food basket (upon hiring) * Health Assistance Package * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance
