We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the rules are clear and growth is based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Feed the mixer with pre-weighed and bagged ingredients, monitoring the process until completion; * Prepare, feed, and operate the press according to work instructions, safety standards, occupational hygiene and health requirements; * Perform quality control tests, such as checking tablet weight and dimensions, recording results on the SPC (Statistical Process Control) sheet; * Ensure product conformity with quality standards, complying with safety, health, hygiene, and environmental regulations; * Operate basic press systems, monitoring manufacturing stages—including compaction and molding; * Perform operational adjustments on the press, such as monitoring oil levels, exhaust systems, and die changes; * Replace Flow Pack machine rolls as required by production needs; * Ensure personal safety and that of others by correctly using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the task. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Qualification course in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related fields. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Unimed Sul Mineira Health Plan Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Food Voucher Zero Absenteeism Program Children’s Education Support Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
