Job Summary: The Wrapping Production Operator organizes, cleans, operates machines, evaluates product quality, and reports anomalies. Key Highlights: 1. Product and packaging quality evaluation **Production Operator \- Wrapping** Main Responsibilities: · Organization and cleaning of the work area and equipment to be used; palletizing trays, end-of-conveyor belt inspection on production lines, operation of department machines, feeding machines with candies scheduled for production. · Evaluation of candy quality (size and color), verification of packaging (whether it matches the product to be wrapped), verification of dough strand quality before feeding the machine to start wrapping. · Notify the immediate supervisor and the extruder operator of any equipment anomaly or quality deviation, and contact the mechanic for intervention.
