Job Summary: Operate PET bottle vegetable oil packaging equipment, ensuring optimal operating conditions and controlling all filling stages. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and monitor vegetable oil packaging equipment 2. Perform cleaning and organization of the area and equipment 3. Support incident investigations and report completion **Purpose and impact of the work:** ----------------------------------- Operate vegetable oil packaging equipment for PET bottles, complying with department-established standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring equipment—including fillers, conveyors, packers, labelers, date coders, case sealers, and palletizers—remains in perfect working condition to control all filling stages; **Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Operate package palletizer, monitoring equipment operation, separating cardboard dividers, packages, and pallets, and verifying package and bottle integrity; * Operate packaging machine, maintaining constant observation and monitoring package output and condition; * Regularly verify bottle date codes, perform daily equipment cleaning and lubrication, and monitor material feed and product discharge; * Perform cleaning and organization of the area and equipment per procedures; * Operate bottle filler and capper, supplying caps as needed; * Perform manual palletizing of production line packages when required; * Support incident investigations; * Assist in completing production reports; * Perform other related tasks. **Qualifications:** ------------------ **Minimum:** High School Diploma Basic Computer Skills **Preferred:** Previous experience in industry/production.
