With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise and processing payments, as well as performing cash withdrawals, end-of-shift cash reconciliation, and financial reporting. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cashier, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, verifying product labels, checking weight on scales and system consistency, processing payments, verifying prior authorization for checks and making required notations on the back, and authenticating cash payments; Ensure cash withdrawals during shifts and proper cash closing by counting cash, reconciling totals, signing reports, and delivering them to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour cash box to prevent excessive exposed cash and ensure accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving targets for ongoing campaigns by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the Supervisor for action; Help reduce loss rates at the checkout area through preventive actions such as minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, and promptly returning perishable goods; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition, and request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing and preparing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks whenever necessary, including shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, product pricing and expiry date verification, gift wrapping, etc. Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** R.
