Description
· Check the cutting quality and verify whether the pieces comply with the technical specifications (size, shape, and finish);
· Identify possible defects in the fabrics (stains, tears, loose threads) or cutting flaws, such as irregularities or poorly finished edges;
· Use measuring instruments (rulers, squares, calipers) to ensure that cut pieces meet the correct dimensions and proportions specified in the technical sheet or quality standard;
· Verify whether the quantity of cut pieces matches the production order requirements and ensure no shortages or overages exist;
· Record inspected quantities and identify missing or excess pieces, reporting them to coordination; · Organize cut pieces into batches according to color, fabric type, model, and production order;
· Ensure pieces are properly labeled with clear information on model, batch, or production order to facilitate subsequent process stages;
· Document any identified defects in pieces, such as incorrect cutting, defective fabric, or dimensional variations;
· After inspection and organization, pieces must be forwarded to subsequent stages, such as sewing or finishing;
· Ensure pieces follow the production flow without interruptions or delays;
· Inspect print quality on pieces, checking for proper application, absence of smudges, flaws, or misalignments;
· Evaluate color intensity and conformity with the expected design;
· Inspect finishing of printed pieces, ensuring no imperfections such as crooked lines, loose threads, or poorly finished areas;
· Count printed pieces to ensure production complies with the order or production plan;
· Organize inspected pieces according to product category or type.
