We want your resume in our inbox now! :) **This and other job openings are available for People with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist customers via available communication channels; * Generate and provide the customer with a support ticket number; * Identify and resolve the request; * Conduct basic troubleshooting tests with customers to diagnose issues; * Seek assistance from Level 2 Analysts when needed; * Identify and ensure compliance with SLA deadlines for dedicated, interconnection, or government clients; * Escalate cases to the Maintenance department upon identifying physical issues that cannot be resolved remotely; * Resolve issues during the customer’s first contact. If resolution isn’t possible, escalate to the responsible department; * Adhere to company-established deadlines and regulations, as well as applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Knowledge of networking and maintenance, logical reasoning; Strong communication skills; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Innovative mindset. **Education:** Completed high school.
