Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing FLV products, ensuring quality, integrity, and optimal presentation for customers. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to sales targets and loss reduction in the FLV department. 2. Ensures organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of the department and equipment. 3. Monitors and organizes products with approaching expiration dates for promotion. About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on FLV gondolas and islands; ensuring correct pricing while adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established guidelines, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets through stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas and islands; applying correct pricing while following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established guidelines, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on gondolas and islands, in warehouses and cold chambers; maintaining organization, sanitation, and cleaning of the department; verifying expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principle; and complying with hygiene, quality, safety, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, as well as that of equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Education:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
