With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meats, ensuring they remain organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, production schedules, and protocols; additionally, provide customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with company rules, best practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and deliver personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and hand over products to customers; Assist in sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meats, ensuring they remain organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, schedules, protocols, rules, best practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; also place trimmings, fat, and tallow into the designated collector box for sale to bone processing factories; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously replenishing product display counters and applying correct pricing, following predefined rules and standards; Reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by conducting frequent stock audits and ensuring proper meat handling and storage; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products; prepare and store them in cold and refrigerated chambers; maintain a clean and fully operational work environment, adhering to hygiene, safety, and predefined standards; Support physical inventory counts, controls, and stocktaking procedures; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily; remove damaged, expired, or unlabeled products from display; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items when required; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures; request equipment adjustments and maintenance as needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
