Job Summary: Responsible for stocking, restocking, and organizing products in the FLV department, ensuring integrity, quality, and presentation of the product mix. Key Highlights: 1. Helps reduce losses and improve product presentation About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, restocking, and organizing products on FLV department gondolas and islands; ensuring correct pricing; adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established guidelines, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets by stocking, restocking, and organizing products on gondolas and islands; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established guidelines, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on gondolas and islands, in warehouses and cold rooms; organization; cleaning and sanitation of the department; verification of expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principle; as well as adherence to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety standards, and pre-established guidelines; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (short-dated items), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional information:** **Work location:** R.
