Experience in corporate management and problem solving Currently, Freedom Engenharia undertakes infrastructure projects across the entire state of Santa Catarina and employs approximately 150 people, most of whom are based in Blumenau. We are looking for a General Corporate Manager who possesses a holistic business perspective, translating strategy into guidelines, standards, and standardized processes. This role involves supervising finance, human resources, occupational safety, contracts, procurement, maintenance, and operational support, while monitoring performance indicators, budgets, and results. A professional with experience in corporate management and strong problem-solving skills is required.
