Focus on fashion (apparel and footwear) **STORE MANAGER – FASHION (APPAREL AND FOOTWEAR)** Velha Neighborhood \| Blumenau/SC **Responsibilities** * Overall store and team management * Customer service and sales support * Cash register operations * Product registration and system organization * Photo production and support in social media management * Store organization and visual merchandising * Monitoring of goals and performance results **Requirements** * Experience in store management * Communicative, proactive profile with an owner's mindset * Strong interpersonal and public-facing skills * Experience in apparel and footwear is a plus * Basic knowledge of social media **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Compensation** Fixed salary \+ commission (to be negotiated) Payment: R$4\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
