Assistance in standardizing processes and quality controls A civil construction company is seeking a Quality Assistant in Ilhota. Fitting RH is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals, offering human resources management solutions to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Support the monitoring of on-site audits by recording information and assisting in organizing collected evidence. Assist in opening and tracking non-conformities in systems, ensuring accurate information registration. Provide basic support to customers using quality software (e.g., Mobuss/INMETA), helping with daily operational questions. Support the development of training materials and presentations (e.g., training sessions and manuals), following company and client standards. Assist in organizing and updating documents and work instructions in systems used by construction companies. Support data and system information analysis, contributing to record organization and consistency. Support the team in standardizing quality-related processes and controls. Previous experience as a Quality Assistant, Junior Quality Analyst, Quality Technician, or Quality Intern may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position.
