If this way of working resonates with you, join us. **Your Responsibilities:** * Map, document, and analyze operational and administrative processes. * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. * Propose and implement continuous improvements focused on efficiency and quality. * Create and maintain controls, reports, and dashboards in Excel. * Analyze data and metrics (KPIs) to support decision-making. * Standardize operational workflows and procedures. * Support process automation initiatives. * Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements and identify improvements. **What We’re Looking For:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields). * Experience in process mapping and improvement. * Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboards). * Experience in data analysis and report development. * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs). * Strong communication and interaction skills with business areas. * Analytical and organized mindset. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools. * Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. * Experience in financial environments (banks, fintechs, cooperatives). * Knowledge of BPMN and tools such as Visio or Bizagi. **Work Location:** * This is an on-site position at our client’s office in Blumenau/SC. **Employment Models** * Cooperative **Benefits of Being a Zallper:** Wellhub Access to gyms, physical activities, and wellness programs.
