Participate in discovery processes, sharing the technical vision. Document procedures and processes related to your area. Execute tasks related to your area and technically supervise activities and projects developed by vendors, ensuring high-quality deliveries and proper functioning and operationalization of methods, techniques, materials, and processes. Provide and/or foster a constant pursuit of innovation and improvement in processes and procedures, aiming to increase service quality and reduce associated costs. Collaborate with other areas, coordinating actions to ensure appropriate synchronization across processes. Conduct technical feasibility studies for acquiring new solutions or systems, seeking to meet business needs and demands. Manage vendor relationships, controlling deliveries, quality, deadlines, schedules, contracts, and third-party access to ensure service delivery meets expectations. Support IT audits, evaluating system performance and identifying areas for improvement and correction. Identify opportunities for process automation, ensuring integrity and promoting agility in processes. Encourage and develop knowledge within teams. Work on IT and business projects, supporting both internal and outsourced software development required to meet the needs of business areas and cooperatives. Support incident and request resolution alongside the Support team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential:** **Availability for hybrid work in Blumenau.** Experience in development or as a Systems Analyst focused on applications. Knowledge and/or experience with Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS. Experience with Clean Architecture. Experience with SOLID principles. Experience with Figma. Experience with RESTful architecture. Version control tools (preferably Git). Database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server). Azure DevOps knowledge.
