We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, offering solutions that ensure our customers’ success in key industries shaping the future of the world we live in. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, execute, and monitor in-person, online, and hybrid training programs; * Perform operational management of T\&D (scheduling, logistics, registrations, attendance lists, and communications); * Engage with and monitor third-party vendors; * Control training-related costs, contracts, and records; * Update T&D reports, KPIs, and controls; * Support the management and updating of the Learning Management System (LMS); * Administer and consolidate training evaluations; * Develop content and materials, and facilitate training experiences; * Lead T&D programs aligned with the organization’s global and local strategies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management/DHO is desirable; * Prior experience organizing and delivering training programs (in-person and online); * Experience engaging with and monitoring third-party vendors; * Experience updating reports, spreadsheets, and performance indicators; * Experience in internal communications, content creation, and internal events; * Familiarity with or hands-on experience using LMS platforms; * Knowledge of Instructional Design and Competency-Based Management is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel and PowerPoint; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Willingness to travel occasionally; * Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and ability to work autonomously; \- Availability for on-site work in the downtown area of Curitiba \- PR.
