**Responsibilities:**
* Plan, execute, and control projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Schedule and monitor customer audits and inspections as stipulated in the contract.
* Monitor project progress against schedules, budget, and quality, identifying and addressing deviations and issues.
* Implement and track action plans to resolve problems and mitigate risks.
* Request issuance of invoices, fiscal notes, and product pickups.
* Identify and analyze project-related risks, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
* Respond to problems and challenges arising during the project, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
* Ensure all project documentation is complete and compliant with company standards and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all project aspects.
* Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
* Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
* Experience in project planning and monitoring.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
* Availability to work in Quatro Barras/PR (hybrid model after initial experience).
