Job Summary: We are seeking an Automation Engineer with experience in industrial projects to work on development and technical support, ensuring solution quality and alignment with client needs. Technical management of scope, timelines, and client expectations **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technologist diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation/Control, or related fields; * Experience in industrial automation projects or equivalent role; * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; * Intermediate English proficiency for communication with teams and clients; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as required by projects; * Spanish language knowledge; * Proficiency in programming and configuration of PLCs (Siemens/Rockwell), HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and others); * Knowledge of one or more PLC programming languages: Ladder, ST (Structured Text), STL, and SCL; * Parameterization and configuration of frequency inverters and soft starters (Rockwell, Schneider, Danfoss, Siemens); * Ability to read and interpret electrical and process diagrams (P\&ID), as well as technical specifications. **Responsibilities:** * Lead automation activities in projects, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations; * Support project engineers on technical automation aspects, ensuring quality and alignment with client needs; * Prepare technical specifications within the defined scope; * Manage the technical scope under your responsibility, meeting objectives and deadlines; * Address questions and resolve issues during engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases; * Participate in project meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, contributing to reviews when necessary; * Capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects; * Provide technical support for client service cases and ensure proper handover to the Customer Service team; * Perform integration and diagnostics of industrial networks and automation devices; * Configuration of remote decentralized I/O modules. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
