Management of recruitment and selection processes **HR Analyst** We are looking for an **HR Analyst** to strengthen our team and strategically support departmental operations. We seek a responsible, organized individual with proven HR experience. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for **timekeeping control, verification, and payroll closing**, including hour banks, time entries, justifications, and adjustments; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation regarding working hours; * Manage recruitment and selection processes (profile alignment, interviews, and onboarding); * Support and advise managers and employees on HR matters; * Maintain employee documents and records organized and up to date; * Monitor onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and internal transfers; * Develop and track HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, overtime, etc.); * Support organizational climate initiatives, training, and internal development; * Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department. **Requirements (Mandatory):** * **Proven HR experience**, especially with **timekeeping systems, hour banks, and administrative HR routines**; * Completed or ongoing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to meet deadlines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with electronic timekeeping systems; * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation; * Experience with HR metrics and human development.
