**Supply Chain Analyst**

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and committed **Supply Chain Analyst** to join our team and directly handle **procurement, inventory, purchasing, and logistics management**, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and strategic support to Commercial and Finance departments.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Convert **approved budgets** into **purchase and sales orders** in the system;
* Issue and track **work orders** and internal orders;
* Issue **NF-e (electronic invoices)** for entries and exits, verifying fiscal data, taxes, and commercial information;
* Control **inventory inflows and outflows**, ensuring accurate system recording;
* Conduct **periodic inventories**, physical verifications, and inventory adjustments as needed;
* Monitor material flow among **purchasing, inventory, logistics, and billing**;
* Verify supplier invoices and support the material receipt process;
* Organize and maintain up-to-date documents, spreadsheets, and area records;
* Provide operational supply chain information to support **Commercial, Finance, and Administrative teams**;
* Ensure compliance with internal processes, deadlines, and company standards.
**Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in a related field or similar;
* Prior experience in **supply chain, logistics, inventory, billing, or industrial administrative routines**;
* Experience with **NF-e issuance**;
* Proficiency in computer applications, especially **Excel** and ERP systems;
* Must reside in **Curitiba or its metropolitan region**.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in **inventory control for steel products**;
* Basic knowledge of **steel (galvalume, carbon steel, coils, sheets)**;
* Basic fiscal knowledge (CFOP, ICMS, CST);
* Prior experience in industrial, metallurgical, or steel companies.

**Working Hours:**
