Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and organizing inventory, ensuring data accuracy, material preservation, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, preservation, and efficiency of processes **Job Objective:** Control and organize inventory, ensuring data accuracy and material preservation. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferred: pursuing a degree in Logistics). * Proven experience in inventory control, particularly in the distribution center segment. * Experience in inventory logistics using WMS systems. * Organizational skills and responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all inventory items, minimizing errors and ensuring data accuracy. * Efficiently perform receiving, storage, organization, picking, and distribution activities to optimize processes. * Ensure required products are readily available to meet internal demands, preventing operational disruptions. * Monitor product expiration dates and shelf life, implementing strategies to minimize losses due to obsolescence. * Support on-time product delivery by contributing to the efficiency of logistics processes. * Ensure inventory organization and cleanliness to facilitate product location and promote a safe working environment. * Identify and segregate defective products to prevent their distribution, supporting product quality assurance. * Contribute to the company’s financial efficiency by controlling costs associated with product storage. * Operate equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently to ensure proper product handling. * Maintain effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure operational alignment.
