Monitor pedagogical performance. Address difficulties, outstanding performance, and participation in projects. Observe affective and emotional needs. **Family** Inform about daily routines, classes, exams, and projects. Monitor performance, difficulties, achievements, projects, and pedagogical office hours. **Teacher** Guide on the school's philosophy. Monitor curriculum content, exams, projects, internal indicators, and provide feedback. **Routine and Monitoring** Track curriculum content, performance, and administrative procedures. Ensure adherence to schedules, uniforms, teacher substitutions, exams, and grade entries. Guide teachers and students according to the school's philosophy. **Pedagogical Routines** Monitor curriculum content and grade entries in the system. Verify weekly compliance and grading consistency. Establish focus groups and complete monitoring spreadsheets. **Pedagogical Projects** Promote projects, identify participating audiences, monitor implementation, and record stakeholders. Evaluate outcomes and establish focus groups if necessary. Complete final documentation and submit records to marketing. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Higher Education Fields of Study: Education / Teaching / Languages Experience: Teamwork experience; Experience with school routines.
