This professional will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments — **commercial, administrative, academic, and student services** — while guaranteeing service quality, goal achievement, and student satisfaction. If you possess leadership qualities, enjoy developing people, and maintain a strategic focus on results, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Supervise the school’s daily operations**, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards; * **Monitor and guide teams** (commercial, administration, teachers, and support staff); * **Manage performance goals and metrics** (enrollments, retention, satisfaction, revenue, and delinquency); * **Organize administrative routines**, including payment tracking, contracts, and documentation; * **Ensure excellence in service delivery** to students, parents, and guardians; * **Support marketing initiatives and internal events**, strengthening the school’s brand; * **Conduct alignment meetings** with teams and report outcomes to senior management; * **Resolve operational issues** and propose daily improvements for the unit. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Management, Administration, Education, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in **team management or coordination of school units**; * An **organized, communicative, and proactive** profile; * Skills in **leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making**; * Basic proficiency in **Excel, digital tools, and performance reporting**. *(Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus but is not mandatory.)
