If you are driven by targets, strategic relationships, and enjoy close interaction with customers, this opportunity is for you. ⸻ JOB MISSION Responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining an active customer portfolio, ensuring a high level of relationship quality, proposal follow-up, and consistent achievement of commercial targets. ⸻ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Portfolio Management & Relationship Building * Manage an active customer portfolio, maintaining close and strategic relationships. * Continuously monitor portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities. * Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Targets & Performance * Achieve and exceed established commercial targets. * Monitor portfolio performance indicators. * Proactively recover and reactivate inactive customers. Proposals & Negotiations * Track commercial proposals from inception to closure across the portfolio. * Apply assertive and strategic communication during negotiations. * Ensure alignment between customer expectations and company delivery.
