Drive innovation and optimization of the customer experience. ##### **Description** Responsibilities of the Tactical Marketing Coordinator The Tactical Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of strategies that drive commercial results and enhance the customer experience. Key responsibilities include: ✅ Planning and Strategy Develop and execute tactical marketing strategies. Create action plans to improve the effectiveness of CRM, CX, and SDR initiatives. Direct campaign segmentation strategy. ✅ Management and Coordination Coordinate CRM, CX, Data, and SDR teams. Conduct team meetings, evaluate performance, and guide professional development. Supervise data management and interpretation of market, customer, and competitive intelligence. ✅ Innovation and Benchmarking Conduct benchmarking with other groups and segments to implement best practices. Act as a technology hunter for the commercial area. Identify tools to support Growth Marketing initiatives. ✅ Campaigns and Customer Experience Create collaborative campaigns to generate new sales. Develop strategies to improve the customer experience across all touchpoints. Collect feedback, analyze data, and propose continuous improvements to increase satisfaction and loyalty. ✅ Monitoring and Metrics Monitor CRM performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Track CX metrics and provide insights for management. Design incentive campaigns to increase customer response rates. ✅ Management Support Support executive leadership in decision-making and management.
